Ask FCC currently matches questions to a controlled library of answers written for this website. It does not connect to an external generative AI model and does not learn from the questions entered.
Quote wizard
The wizard organises movement, port, cargo, timing, goods and document information into a summary. It does not calculate a binding price or send information to customs. Choosing “Email enquiry” opens a pre-filled message addressed to enquiries@freightcustomsclearance.co.uk; the visitor reviews it and chooses whether to send it from their own email service.
Document checklist
The checklist adapts to broad movement and cargo choices. It is a preparation aid, not a definitive list of documents. The verified commodity code, origin, procedure, route and regulatory controls may create additional requirements.
Human-review boundaries
A person must review commodity classification, customs value, origin, duties and taxes, licences, declaration data, amendments and any decision that could affect compliance or release. Automated outputs are never presented as HMRC decisions or guarantees.
Future changes
If external AI is introduced later, the company will update this page and the privacy notice before activation. The update will explain the provider, information transmitted, safeguards, retention, human review and how visitors can avoid the AI service.
